What is up with the server?

It was so laggy I could not play at all yesterday and now my connection times out.
Just wondering what is up?

I miss building with all my minecraft friends on the server :-)

Well as you should know, servers are run through computers and occasionally computers crash so the same will the server that the computer is running.
The server should be fine once CloseKnight resets it. not that it really matters since 1.5 is coming out today.
