The new OPs

I think it's a bit unfair that 0067je has been OP but not me.
I started play before him and I have done more than him...
Is it because I have been offline a coupple of days? I had not internet on my computer so I have not played on a time.

Okay im gonna address this for the last bloody time. He's not an op, only on the temp server to tp people to our new base. Now stop bothering me about this.

Thanks for being cool orph. I didnt Frickin know. now i do and i dont agree with the whole "survival" thing. I think that as an admin/op we should have /item because we are busy helping others. I think that it is our way of coping with the fact that we spend our time making the server a better place. When you remove our /give command it says to me "thanks for helping the noobs now go get your stuff in return" We earned the ability because of that. I may be just super mad about that right now, but I really think that you shud allow it. If you dont agree say so but at least give some reason behind it other than its "survival"

Hey Close. On the topic of item spawning and such... I honestly think that issues that are occuring with it are because you have too many moderators/operators/co-owners. It's incredibly difficult and time-consuming to build a significant project without the help of item spawning. And for servers to get recognized, they have to have cool builds. But it is also true that item spawning can hinder people from fully enjoying the game annd taking pride in their work, so I suggest that you reduce the number of people with the ability to spawn items on your SMP server, and encourage those who still have the ability to be more up-tight about releasing items to other players. When a big project comes up that will increase the server's popularity, mods can give people items, ONLY for community projects. I think this would solve a whole bunch of issues for you. Thanks!

There is no issue with that. Some people enjoy the modded server as it is. If you've never noticed I don't actually play on my server though. I enjoy vanilla servers like the one I'm running now and some people enjoy that more as well which is why from now on I'm hosting two minecraft servers.

Hey, i've been off minecraft for a LONG time, but now that i've got beta and i was an op on classic server for a long time i was wondering if i could be on the SMP as well.

When I first joined the SMP server I got my old rank there too so I guess you'll get it back too. Btw nice that you have beta, welcome back in action

he will get admin as soon as i finish adding more plugins besides the point someone broke the server and now i have to fix it :/

Guys, calm the fuck down. Until Bukkit is fully finished, and especially when SMP mods are officially supported, we have no permanent SMP server. Which means we have no permenant OPs for now.
